Here are a few commonly encountered problems.
Want to access your appraisal orders or reports online?
Click the link on our website called Client Login and enter your Username and password in the boxes and click Log in. Browse your orders and open the order you want to see. At the bottom of the order, there will be a link to download your appraisal. Please note the appraisals are only available 30 days in our system. Just ask us to upload another copy if you would like to see it again.
Trouble getting the login and order appraisal boxes to open?
Try disabling the Pop-up blockers you have installed on your machine. You must disable all of them or allow for any pop-ups from this website: etrac.biz. In Internet Explorer, under the Tools menu choose Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab, the third tab from the left, then at the bottom uncheck the pop-up blocker button. If you want to keep your pop-up blocker, click the Sites button. Under the heading "Address of the Website to Allow:" enter etrac.biz then click Add and Close. Then click the Ok button to close the dialog box.
Sometimes there are several programs that use pop-up blockers such as Norton Antivirus, Google, Yahoo, try disabling these pop-up blockers also.
You might also need to add our site server to your privacy settings. In Internet Explorer, under the Tools menu choose Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab, the third tab from the left, and click the button marked Sites. Under the heading "Address of the Website:" enter "Etrac.biz" and click the Allow button. Then the Ok button, and again to close the dialog box.
Using a Macintosh computer?
Please call us to set-up your account and to be sent appraisals by email, unfortunately Etrac is not Mac compatible.
